Return Policy

At Grafton Archery & Outdoors, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure that you can return the item(s) and receive a refund or exchange.

Please note that our return policy applies only to items that are purchased directly from Grafton Archery & Outdoors. If you have purchased an item from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

Return Policy:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
• You must include a copy of your original receipt with the returned item(s).
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• If you received free shipping on your original order and you return the entire order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
• You must include a copy of your original receipt with the returned item(s).
• If there is a difference in price between the returned item and the exchanged item, we will refund the difference or charge the difference to your original form of payment.
